encompassing the website, admin portal (collectively “Sites”), and mobile member engagement
application (“App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains
how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you access or use our Sites and
App.

By accessing or using our Sites or App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you

continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
